Before co-founding BambooVentures (2010) he had been responsible in various roles in Investment Banking. Overall, he has been contributing within banking and finance for nearly 20 years now. For many years Michael has been active as entrepreneur and investor. Currently he develops Bamboo’s new business unit „Venture as a Service“. Before co-founding BambooVentures Maximilian Levasier had collected many years of experience in the areas of business consulting, tax consulting and family office - amongst others Ernst & Young (EY). He has been active as investor in three portfolio companies and served as a jury member for several business plan competitions for many years. In 2013 he was appointed Professor of Finance & Management at the private University of Applied Sciences in Munich (International School of Management - ISM). Education: Dr. publ. oec., Master of Business Research & Graduate in Business Administration, Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. LL.M. Taxation, University of Münster, Certified Tax Adviser (Steuerberater).

Dr. Boris Belhomme




Prior to joining BambooVentures (March 2013) Boris Belhomme most recently worked as a consultant in the fields of technology and software development. Previously, he had worked in research and development at the German Aerospace Center (DLR) for many years, where he had been particularly focusing on the development of algorithms for simulation and optimization. Boris Belhomme is an active investor and shareholder in Bamboo’s portfolio companies. Furthermore he provides entrepreneurial experience through involvement in medium-sized family businesses. Education: Dr.-Ing. at the Rheinisch-Westfälische Technische Hochschule Aachen, Dipl.-Ing. Mechanical Engineering (Mechatronics & product development), Technical University of Munich.

Martin Weber, fully qualified laywer and "Diplom-Kaufmann", possesses many years of experience within private equity and investment banking.
